Kizi and Fluttershy

The finalized version for Kizi's Christmas present.

Took me about three days of work (according to my wife. I can never keep track of the time on my own ). I tried to keep my anime-ish art style for Kizi separate from the MLP:FiM art style that I emulated for Fluttershy. I thought the contrast would be visually interesting, and I think it worked out wonderfully.

The background was actually my favorite part of the image, despite how much I dreaded doing it from the beginning. I'm normally terrible at backgrounds, but this one just sort of flowed out. Even the trees came out looking like trees seen through a misty window.

All in all, this is one of my favorite works, and I'm glad for the opportunity to work on it.
